Our Story
Founded in 2025, Ukkoloo was created to engineer a solution that complements, rather than competes with, existing post-deal services. We focus entirely on solving the systemic vulnerabilities that emerge before a transaction is finalized—protecting counterparties where they are most exposed. Our journey began when co-founder Denis Skalkin explored innovative decentralized technology, leading to development of our trust infrastructure powered by a proprietary data loop, self-sovereign decentralized ID (DID), zero-knowledge verification and an AI-driven semantic matching engine
